At Funky Fidgets Shop, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwanted items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the garment tags are still intact and the package is sealed.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
